My place card: I've personalized a customized photo note card. Inside of it is tucked an after dinner chocolate, on the outside is their name with a "Scripture Tea Bag" with a special scripture for each one of my guests. The name is printed on their envelopes. I placed the envelope to the right of their place setting. To top it off, I placed a red teency bow on the plastic covered teabag.
The scripture on the reverse side says: "Psalms 31:24, Take courage if you are depending on the Lord"
Below you'll see the water glasses which belonged to my Beloved's Grandma Cerilli:
A peek at the centerpiece and the little Barnyard Animals tucked in and out around the floral arrangement.
On the menu: Mozzarella, Tomato, & Basil salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette
On each end of the table: A sugar & creamer set. The cobalt blue sugar bowl is from a vintage shop for $4, the creamer (Andrea by Sadek) from an Antique Shop for $1.

The other Sugar & Creamer set: Purchased at $1 for the pair at an Antique Shop up north, this set is from Italy. I loved the way it pulled in the blue from the Rooster plates.
A hand designed farm sheep by a local artist was a gift from my daughter~ I love sheep!
My fun and frivolous bunny bowls that I use often helped pull more blue on board, and with Easter just around the corner, it made the brunch so fun and whimsical!
A teency bunny pill box for anyone that needs a little antacid after brunch if they eat too much! ;)
Little Bunny S/P shakers: Purchased from GW one day for just $1. They came home with me and have been multiplying ever since!
On the brunch menu: A Homemade Low fat Trifle: Layer the following items: Fat & Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding (prepared), Fat Free Cool Whip, Crushed Pineapple drained, Fresh Strawberries, Angel Food Cake cut in chunks. Layer & repeat layers to the top in a trifle bowl and garnish with Cool Whip and whole Strawberries with Greens left on them.
A side view...ooh~la~la...so Chic
Vintage yellow napkins sent to me from my dear friend Claudie~ And instead of using a napkin ring, I wanted to show off the stitchery work on the napkins so I folded them and tucked them into the juice glasses (another set of glasses from Grandma Cerilli)
Another view of the place cards in a Sepia Tone
A close up of a rooster (pair) that my husband's Aunt Lo handed down to us.
A mini Bunny Topiary., just hanging out amongst the barnyard animals helped to pull more of the green from the chargers onto the tablescape! The tablecloth has little bumble bees on it too...they wanted in on the barnyard theme too! ;)
A vintage butter dish and knife, another gift from my dear friend Claudie from "Bubblin Over". If you've not visited Claudie yet, treat yourself today and go meander around on her blog, she's delightful! She's just my cup of TEA! ;)
Here is a fun and fab closeup look of the table place setting. The Rooster dishes were a find while up North ($12 for set of 6) with my friend Kathleen from "Kathleen Ellis Life Style Designs" . The green chargers were found years ago from a company called "Cookin The American Way". I used to rep from them, so they were free for me~ ;)
The Tin Rooster! Another cool item from my "Cookin The American Way" days...isn't he so cute? He's sitting by the pitcher of Juice waiting to pour when anyone needs a refill!
Plus de Jus, il lance ?
A view from the Chandy! Donc beau...
Another view...ahhhh, Le français et Romantique
The Persimmon table topper scrunched up under the faux silk centerpiece really spices things up! The centerpiece was purchased from Emma's Attic for just $10, a steal of a bargain!
A straight away view... with the lights dimmed.
A side View: Brunch is about to be served...

Charming table! I love all the special touches, especially the bunnies... but I was astonished to see those water glasses! In the cupboard at my family's beach house are their twins, in water and juice glass sizes; my Mom had them in the 50s. I remember using them when I was a little girl-- so nice to see them in a starring role now.
thanks!
Cass

My mother in law has those wonderful gold leaf glasses. She has a special holding rack for them too. I think she has 24 of them for our family. We use them every Thanksgiving and Christmas and Easter.

Love the whole tablescape!

Love the table! I love all the animal friends you used!

I made a trifle last Monday night of chocolate pudding, angel food cake, whipped cream and ice cream topped with more whipped cream. They went so fast I forgot to take a picture!
